We hope our friends, colleagues and clients are staying safe as we continue to navigate these uncertain times. We are pleased to announce that as of June 15th, in accordance with NYS rules and regulations, we have reopened our offices for in-person meetings and mediation sessions.
We are following all CDC guidelines for re-opening including the requirement that all clients and employees wear masks and practice social distancing while in our office. We also have air purifiers and hand sanitizers throughout the office and our cleaning service follows corona virus protocol. In addition, we have recently relocated from the downstairs to the upstairs of the carriage house where we have considerably more room to safely socially distance.
We understand that despite all the safety measures we have put in place, some of our clients are still uncomfortable with in-person meetings. Therefore, we continue to offer remote confidential video-conferencing. This service is free and available to all of our clients for meetings that would otherwise take place in our office, including 4-way conferencing with opposing parties and their counsel as well as for mediation sessions.
We remain committed to providing our clients with the same outstanding legal services and timely responses notwithstanding these difficult circumstances. Our goal is to ensure our clients have options with which they are comfortable so that they can move their cases forward safely, conveniently and with minimal disruption.
Thinking of all of you and sending our warmest regards,
Deb & Lara
