We hope our friends, colleagues and clients are all staying safe. Badain & Crowder is mindful that we are all struggling during this time of unprecedented uncertainty. In accordance with the NYS mandate that all non-essential businesses temporarily shut down, we have closed our offices to in-person meetings and mediation sessions until further notice.
We continue to work remotely and are pleased to inform you that we offer confidential video-conferencing capabilities. This service is free and available to all of our clients for meetings that would otherwise take place in our office, including 4-way conferencing with opposing parties and their counsel as well as for mediation sessions. If you would like to schedule a video conference, please call our office at (585) 256-2109 or email us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
We continue to be able to electronically transmit documents to and from clients as well as e-file documents in the Monroe County Clerk’s Office. In addition, to further ease the burden on attorneys and our clients, the Governor has issued an Executive Order permitting us to notarize documents transmitted to us electronically.
We look forward to providing our clients with the same outstanding legal services and timely responses notwithstanding these difficult circumstances. Our goal is to ensure our clients can easily reach us in a safe and secure environment as well as move their cases forward conveniently and with minimal disruption.
Thinking of all of you and sending our warmest regards,
Deb & Lara
